Refund Policy

Registrations for the Pacific Northwest Great Teaching Seminar are subject to a 10% non refundable administrative fee.

Participants who cancel their registration on or before May 20 will receive a refund of 90% of the registration cost, provided the cancellation request is submitted in writing to hschiefe@chemeketa.edu. The 10% non refundable fee helps cover administrative and planning costs incurred upon registration.

After the May 20 registration deadline, refunds will not be provided. However, registrants may substitute another faculty member to attend in their place at no additional cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing prior to the seminar.
